Curragh Plains public consultation starts today

A reminder that a public consultation process on the future management and conservation of the Curragh Plains starts today, Monday 15 March, writes Brian Byrne.

A Conservation Management Plan and Interpretation-Branding Strategy for the Plains is being developed by a team led by Paul Hogarth consultants, for Kildare County Council in collaboration with the Department of Defence.

A website for the project has been set up at www.curraghplains.ie, where the public consultation process can be accessed.
