Stress control classes live-streamed

Stress control classes normally delivered by the HSE within the community are now being streamed live for free by Consultant Clinical Psychologist Dr Jim White of StressControl.ie.
The six sessions and associated booklets are available without need for registration or log-in procedures.
They are streamed on Youtube from 9am on Mondays and Thursdays, the first one being yesterday. Sessions will remain available to watch later for 48 hours from first transmission. All dates are available here.
There is an enhanced area for further classes which requires registration.
