Google online webinars with Kildare Chamber
A reminder that a partnership between County Kildare Chamber and Google Digital Garage is offering a range of Thursday morning training webinars for businesses in the county going online, writes Brian Byrne.
Chamber President Luke Hanahoe says assist businesses navigate through this digital transformation age and find future opportunities for growth. "So many companies invest huge money into their websites and then leave them there, expecting the website to bring both value and revenue into their business," he says. "If only! Businesses need to understand how to be seen on Google, how to ensure their customers can find them and more importantly how they can grow business through Google."
The first one, Get your Business Online is on the coming Thursday, 28 January. Aimed at efficiently communicating information about your business to customers, it includes explaining how Google search works and how to make best use of the facility.
On 4 February, Measuring what Matters; Google Analytics offers advice on understanding data from the service and driving business success with its help.
Participants will be shown how to Understand consumer demand with Google Trends on 25 February, while Search Engine Optimisation is the subject of the final session on 11 March.
