Drama Dynamics Christmas Show a bravura performance
Yesterday was a big one for the students of Drama Dynamics Speech and Drama School, as they performed their various Christmas presentations in the end of term show, writes Brian Byrne.
It was a strange one too, because those performances were done over Zoom, each student clicking in and out of the virtual 'stage' as they sang their songs, and acted their drama pieces.
The event was under the watchful camera eye of Drama Dynamics director Evelyn O'Sullivan, who recorded the shows in Zoom, for sharing with the parents and friends who would usually have gone along to the theatre to enjoy the performances.
It did have a very Christmassy atmosphere, with each student dressing up, wearing seasonal makeup, and performing to their computer with festive backgrounds.
