Final Furlong will not be reopening

Sad news from Main Street is that The Final Furlong cafe will not reopen for business.

Owner Ruth O'Neill announced her decision 'with a heavy heart' last evening.

"I want to thank the amazing girls who have shared the last five years with me," she posted on the cafe's Facebook page, "and to all you wonderful people of Kilcullen who I will miss more than you will ever know."

Covid claims another business closure.
