Kildare Readers Festival running online through the week


Just a reminder that the annual Kildare Readers Festival this year is in full swing as an online event, with talks and interviews streamed each day, writes Brian Byrne. Access to the talks is free and can be accessed by visiting the Festival site kildarereadersfestival.ie.  

Tonight's events are Annemarie Ní Churreáin Conversations at 7:30pm with Kimberly Lojewski; and 
Writers in Residence with Susan Tomaselli and Dr Nathan O’Donnell at 9pm.

The Festival has been running every October for the last ten years, connecting Kildare book lovers with authors and artists.

Guests of the festival this year include Dermot Bolger, Abie Philbin Bowman, Patrick Chapman, Edel Coffey, Marita Conlon-McKenna, Oein DeBharduin, Naoise Dolan, Patrick Freyne, Christine Dwyer Hickey, Honorée Fanonne Jeffers, Kimberly Lojewski, Cauvery Madhavan, Annemarie Ní Churreáin, Nathan O'Donnell, Sue Rainsford, Margaret Scott, Ruth Smith, Susan Tomaselli and the Ten Books guests Peter Cunningham and Rosita Sweetman.
