Food for an autumn Saturday

Amongst food options over the weekend, Crean's Place will have their bakery stand at the Leinster Marts Car Park from 10.30am today until 12.30pm — sourdoughs, soda breads, pastries as well as milk and eggs.

Kalbarri Cookery School's Bake Shop is also open this morning, 9am-2pm, with savoury specials that include Thai Green Curry with rice and flatbreads, and Beef in Brandy Sauce with champ.

Armelle's Kitchen is featuring slow-cooked Lamb Shank in Red Wine reduction, with Potato Gratin Dauphinois, and Chicken and Mushroom Crepes.

The Final Furlong cafe has a new Autumnal Salad on the menu, for takeaway as well as eating at their sheltered outside tables.

Fallons have their Gourmet Garage shop open 11am-6pm, and there's dining in their Beer Garden from 1pm-5pm.

The River Cafe has space for 15 outside this morning, the usual breakfast and brunch specials. They're also open tomorrow, Sunday, from 10am-2.30pm.
