Dowling Property extends reach

Dowling Property has recently opened a new office in Dublin, substantially extending the area within which it can service its customers, to cover the whole of Leinster.

“It’s something that has been in the back of my mind for some time now," says proprietor John Dowling, "and the recent events of Covid 19 cemented the decision. Since DP opened in 2002, Kilcullen has always proved a very popular destination for Dublin buyers. Now with the Covid 19 pandemic, we are seeing this Dublin buyer trend becoming even more popular due to the real possibility of people being able to work full time from home going into the future.

"Overall, Kilcullen would be seen as a very safe town with a strong community spirit and has excellent broadband speeds and direct access to the M9. And as a former pupil of Scoil Bhride primary school (many, many years ago), I can confirm that it’s a top-class primary school and we have a top-class secondary school with the Cross and Passion College.
