We have a beautiful town ... some don't care

"If you don't keep picking it, it encourages more," mused a lady visiting town and wheeling her grandchild in a buggy around the grounds, rightly. She and her husband were up from the south, visiting their daughter.
These are the times when you really feel embarrassed about some other people's thoughtless or 'just don't care' actions.
There are no less than five bins in the area, with room in most. Two bags collected in half an hour were the equivalent of the full of two of them.
