Council takes note of Kilcullen In Bloom

The colourful planters on the bridge at Kilcullen have attracted attention from the Kildare Community Stories team at Kildare County Council.

The planters, sponsored by Burkes Pharmacy, featured yesterday on the team's Facebook page, reflecting the themes of the initiative, Laughter, Togetherness, Hope. "Kilcullen is in bloom, showing us how to get through," the commentary says.

The page was established by the Council's Community & Cultural Section in October 2018.
