'Reserve time for cocooners' in Valley - KCA

Kilcullen Community Action is asking that people might restrict their walks in The Valley Park, leaving it open for cocooners between 1.30pm-3.30pm.

Those cocooning for reasons of age and medical vulnerability would appreciate being able to enjoy the amenity without having to avoid other people who might be there.

KCA says they cannot patrol the initiative, but are asking for support and understanding.

Kildare County Council has imposed similar measures as rules in the public parks it operates. The signs for The Valley were provided with the help of Cllr Fiona McLoughlin Healy.
