Pitch & Putt Club warns against trespass on closed course
The club says in a Facebook post that over recent days non-members have been seen playing on the course, which has been closed for two months.
"These have been approached and reported to local gardai," the Club says. "None of our members have hit a ball on our course in just two months. And our ground staff have worked tirelessly to keep our course ready for our return."
A spokesman asks non members to respect the Club's rules and respect the safety of fellow citizens. "As we understand, we will not be open to green fees and non members when we return on the 18th. Having said that, we are open for new membership and we will welcome you to this fantastic Club. We are open every day where you can pick up Membership forms."
