Curragh Lawns says 'thanks' to community, businesses
Local nursing home Curragh Lawns has expressed its thanks to all those who are helping to keep residents and staff safe and comfortable during the coronavirus situation.
Operated by Miriam and Liam McDonnell, and Valerie, the facility emphasises the 'incredible' work of its staff team, along with the support of community, businesses and emergency services.
On its Facebook page, the home pays tribute to Provincial Security and Burkes Pharmacy, local gardai for deliveries, and Armelle's Kitchen along with others for various help and supplies.
"Not to mention our own residents' families who send us treats and good wishes daily. ... it makes each day a bit better and brighter! So thank you from all of us at Curragh Lawn."
