Drama Group helps Community Centre project
A donation of €400 towards the cost of an accessible toilet in the Kilcullen Community Centre was made by Kilcullen Drama Group last evening, writes Brian Byrne.
The money was surplus to the purchase cost of a defibrillator which will be installed on Hillcrest, for which the Drama Group fundraised by a video showing of its The Quare Land production.
Cathy Phelan, on behalf of the Centre, is pictured accepting the donation from the Drama Group's Vivian Clarke, Frank Mitchell and Eilish Phillips.
(Article corrected to put in Cathy Phelan instead of Paula as inadvertently done.)
