Another spin down Memory Lane

So, another little heritage quiz. Your editor came across this picture of 'hunters' while browsing through some old family scrapbooks. The man on the right is my uncle, Tom Byrne, and there's a thought that the man next to him could be Paddy Powell, both long gone to that hunting ground in the sky, of course.

If anyone has other ideas, including where the picture might have been taken, we'd be very glad to hear them.

As a little bit of extra memory, below are photographs of the 'thatched cottage' filling station where the modern Applegreen is now. Back in the late 50s, early 60s. Do ye remember?
