On the premise that action is always an antidote to feeling bad about something, she writes that even small contributions in personal life are of benefit in the drive to counter what's causing climate change.
She lists some appropriate groups in the county, suggests connecting with local councillors and asking for environmental issues to be raised at Council level, joining an organisation involved with nature, biodiversity, or sustainable energy, or volunteering.
