Course on managing life with chronic health issues
A free course in self-management for people with long-term health conditions will begin in Newbridge on Wednesday 5 February.
The six-week course will be held on Wednesday afternoons in the Community Room in Newbridge Library, with sessions between 2pm-4.30pm.
The programme is designed to help participants develop skills to manage their conditions, and build confidence to manage their health. It is also aimed at supporting them to make whatever changes they want to.
