Children from all over post in The Valley
The most recent meeting of Kilcullen Community Action heard that it was attracting attention from children far from the Kilcullen area alone.
"The letters are from children in several surrounding counties," says Lisa Evers, who is managing the collections at the postbox on Santa's behalf. "They're from Laois, Carlow, and even Meath."
It was suggested that this also reflects the increased footfall in the park since the provision of the Fairy Trail.
