Dublin-based singer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Inni-K (Eithne Ní Chatháin) will be performing at Woodbine Books next Sunday in what promises to be another fascinating evening in our local bookshop.

As part of a nationwide tour, many in intimate venues, Inni-K has received consistent praise for her fresh style of indie-folk since the 2015 release of her acclaimed album ‘The King has Two Horse’s Ears’. Her second album, titled ‘The Hare & the Line’, came out in March.

Her music combines ethereal vocals with deft musicianship, evocative lyrics (bilingual at times), and a unique approach to song-writing.

She has shared stages with musicians such as Malian kora master Toumani Diabaté, drummer Jeff Ballard, Glen Hansard, Liam Ó Maonlaí, Lisa Hannigan, and many more.

Tickets are €15, available from Woodbine Books 045 482777. The show starts at 6.30pm.
