Cork storyteller for An Tearmann tonight

A reminder that the next Triple Spiral Storytellers presentation in An Tearmann is tonight, Tuesday 15 October, and will feature Cork's Maria Gillen on the theme 'Wisdoms found in Stories', writes Brian Byrne.

In what is promised to be an 'intriguing and beguiling journey', Maria will look for the wisdoms to be found in stories from around the world.

Maria describes herself as a 'Medicinal Storyteller' who moved from 20 years in the corporate sector to becoming a dramatherapist. She is a member of the Cork Yarnspinners and recently won the 25th anniversary Sean McCarthy Storytelling Competition in Finuge.

Once again it will be an evening suitable for all ages, starting promptly at 7.30pm. The usual €5 donation at the door and refreshments will be served.
