Debs brings colour and parental emotion

It was all cameras out for the parents and friends of CPC Debs as they gathered at the Community Centre for their transport to Swords last evening, writes Brian Byrne.

For the parents it was one of those 'lump in the throat' moments while raising children as they realised they were now really transiting to the adult stage of their lives.

This photo sent in by Anne Burke of Ronan Foley, Sarah Houlihan, Bronagh Dooley, Megan Burke and Katie Farrell has a particular significance, as they all started out in Brannoxtown NS together and remained good friends all through CPC.
