Wait is over for 'Can't wait till June'

Just a reminder that this evening sees the launch of the first single by local band Barley and the Grape Rag, in O'Connell's Bar, writes Brian Byrne. Titled 'Can't wait till June', well the wait is over.

Comprising four guys with a lot of varied band experience behind them, the gig will be a highlight one for all local music lovers, especially those who appreciate a bit of good retro.

If you bought the June Bridge or this week's Kildare Nationalist, you'll have read versions of the full story of Barley and the Grape Rag. If you haven't, do ... it's another example of local passion, musical entrepreneurism and commitment.
