Application for new car showrooms beside Link

A planning application for a new car showrooms and associated buildings and services, beside the Link Business Park, has been lodged with Kildare County Council, writes Brian Byrne.

The application is by Bella Enterprises Limited, which currently operates as Dunleas of Kilcullen, and the architect is Newbridge-based Davis Higgins.

The File Number of the application is 19536 and any submissions must be made by 16 June 2019.

The details include construction of a new vehicle showroom, workshop/service areas, offices and ancillary accommodation at first floor level. There will be provision of on-site parking for display of vehicles and secure vehicle compound storage areas.

Permission for the rebuilding of the existing Dunleas car showroom was granted to the operators in March of last year.
