Plans for Community Garden ready this week

The plan for the proposed Community Garden in the grounds of the Library will be ready this coming week, the recent meeting of Kilcullen Community Action heard, writes Brian Byrne.

Martin Sheridan, who is leading the project with his wife Olive, said the plans will be structured so that as more funds come available each year, more can be done.

The meeting heard that a source of good topsoil had been found, but there was some discussion about whether it would be necessary to find somewhere to store it pending the progress of the proposal.
