The AGM of Castlemartin Lodge Residents Association will take place on 2 April in O'Connell's upstairs lounge.

The association says some 'very important' decisions need to be made and is calling for a good attendance at the meeting, which will start at 8pm.

The estate was built 17 years ago. The residents say hard work is needed to maintain the high standard in its upkeep.
