Wet turns walkabout to meeting

Because of the wet morning, the walkabout planned for Kilcullen this morning by the KCA/Tidy Towns group was changed to a meeting in Creans, writes Brian Byrne.

The walk was intended to assess the status of the Tidy Towns Plan formulated in 2016 and see what needs to be updated.

At the meeting, the group heard suggestions on how areas in Kilcullen could be made more friendly to the Native Irish Bee, from local bees enthusiast Paul Leighton.
