Kilcullen choirs, musicians, in Henry Flanagan Memorial Concert

The Henry Flanagan OP Memorial Concert 2018 will be held in the Newbridge College Chapel tomorrow, Wednesday 26 September, writes Brian Byrne.

Fr Flanagan was a highly-respected sculptor, and among his many pieces around Ireland is the one at St Brigid's Well in The Valley Park (above).

Participating in this centenary event marking the birth of Fr Flanagan will be Kilcullen's Parish Choir, the Gormanstown Choir, and the Dara Quartet, along with choirs from Newbridge College and Newbridge parish, and the Nas na Riogh Singers.

All welcome to a not to be missed event, which begins at 8pm.
