No litter, no dog dirt ...

There's a noticeable lack of litter on the streets of Cashel, Co Tipperary, writes Brian Byrne.

Is it possible that this is partly due to the local authority-supplied, and emptied, recycling/litter bins installed on the same streets?

There's also a noticeable lack of canine excrement on the streets. Is it possible that this is partly due to the local authority-supplied dog dirt mitt dispensers also installed in the town?
