Race Night will buy gear for scouts
The event will be held in McTernans, and the funds raised will be used to buy camping equipment and to support the outdoor adventure activities such as camping, hiking, canoeing and attending local and international jamborees.
"We have over 100 children and 25 volunteer adult leaders so as you can imagine we need a lot of stuff to keep the group going," says Michelle Hourihan, the troop's Group Leader. "People can come along on the evening and have a great night whilst supporting a local community group."
