Another Kenny bread-making class

Remember the snow and the bread shortage? writes Brian Byrne. Well, there's another upcoming chance for you to learn bread-making yourself and be prepared for next winter.

Kenny Rorie in Armelle's Kitchen has another bread-making class on 9 May, run in the informal setting at their shop on Main Street.

Kenny shows how to master the art of making yeast breads, demonstrating the French technique of combining the ingredients and working the dough to give light airy breads.
