Launch of Kilcullen in Bloom 2018 tonight

It's the second year of the 'Kilcullen in Bloom' theme, which is a rebranding of the Summer Flowers Project organised by Kilcullen Tidy Towns over the last decade.
Once again, in addition to brightening up the town through the summer, the initiative will provide the opportunity for a number of categories in competition.
Among these are the Best Kept Front Garden, Best Window Box or Planter, Best Kept Estate, Best Business Premises, Best Community Grounds.
The competitions are sponsored by The Garden Shop, Brennans Hardware, and Markus Landscaping. Anyone can nominate themselves, a neighbour, or business or community group, by emailing info@kilcullencommunityaction.ie.
The closing date for the competition is 30 June. Meantime, though, come on down to the launch on Friday and find out more.
