Kentucky student exchange places

Applications are invited for the annual Student Exchange scheme between Kildare and Kentucky, writes Brian Byrne.

Students have the opportunity to spend time with a family in Kentucky during the 10-day exchange, which will coincide with the US 4th of July national celebration.

The exchange is supported financially by Kildare County Council, and students between 15-18. Three places are left at the time of writing, with participants already in place from Naas,Maynooth, Newbridge and Dunlavin.
