Text Alert scheme extended

The Text Alert scheme has extended further, with signs gone up this week in Kinneagh and on the Sunnyhill Road.

They are also being erected in Brannockstown. The operators of the scheme are reminding people to please continue to contact the Garda if vehicles or activity raises suspicion.

The Garda will then contact Text Alert if necessary.

Application forms for households to become part of Text Alert are available in the Credit Union.
