The curiosity of the littering mind

My photo from earlier tonight shows the debris at the bus stop on the Applegreen side. Left by people waiting on buses.
I still can’t understand the mentality … either of those who leave the litter rather than bring it back to where they bought the product, or the local authority which thinks they shouldn’t provide bins to have the litter disposed of.
God knows, the same Council takes enough in rates from local businesses to be able to provide at least that level of service.
