Another bread-making class coming
The next bread-making day at Kalbarri Cookery School is Saturday 23 May.
The course costs €60 and participants will learn how to make and bake different breads, with no processing. They include yeast, banana, and brown breads, as well as bread dips with cheese, thyme, and spring onion.
The day also provides a nice social opportunity with a chance to sample lots of home-made Kalbarri produce.
