Burglary on Main Street

A Playstation 4 and several games were stolen from a house in Kilcullen's Main Street area last night, writes Brian Byrne.

After failing to kick in the back door of the house, the thieves then broke in through a window. They searched the house, but according to the owner they only seemed interested in the Playstation. The total value is between €700-€900.

The house was entered between 5.30pm-9.30pm while the occupants, recently arrived in Kilcullen, were out.

If anyone has information about the incident, they're asked to get in touch with the local Garda station.
