Scouts get parade in gear

The 9th Kildare Kilcullen Scout Troop are in the process of contacting all local businesses and social organisations with a view to having them participate in Kilcullen's first St Patrick's Day Parade.

They have asked that in case any of the above have inadvertantly not been contacted, perhaps they can get in touch directly.

The event is being organised as part of the Gathering 2013 and it's hoped it will act as one of the focuses of Kilcullen for those living abroad who might be considering coming home this year.
