Book Club starts on Wednesday

Just a reminder that the inaugural meeting of the new Wednesday Book Club will be held this week, at the Good Food Gallery, writes Brian Byrne.

Clare Boyce dreamed the idea up and she says there's been a lot of interest in advance of the first meeting. The first book for consideration will be decided on Wednesday's session.

And for those who can't actually make it physically to the Club meetings, there will be a Facebook page which will have online discussions on the books being read.

Clare emphasises that this isn't just a morning event for women to get together ... men are absolutely welcome as well.

Things kick off at 10am.
