Greetings from China high

These pictures of Changbaishan volcanic crater in northern China are courtesy of Kilcullen-born teacher Garreth Byrne, who travelled to the 2,700 metres mountain recently.

The crater and its lake straddles China's border with North Korea. Garreth teaches in Changchun Agricultural University.
