Talented Kids resume in September
Talented Kids Performing Arts School and Agency will be recommencing classes in Kilcullen Community Centre on Saturday 10 September, and in Naas Community Centre on Wednesday 14 September. Clondalkin Classes start back on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 September.
Classes in Singing, Musical Theatre, Dance, Drama and Modelling are held for 'tots' aged 3-6 years, 'kids' aged 7-12 years and 'seniors' aged 13-18 years.
The school also holds Adult Drama classes in its Clondalkin Venue.
All students are represented by the extremely successful agency which has many students on current RTE programmes such as 'Fair City' (including Rachel, Philip, and many more); RTE junior programmes such as Elev8, Hubble, Frenemies, Watch Your Language, Quizzone, Sing, and the Late Late Toy Show for many years.
Students also appear in many current TV and Radio adverts, including those for McDonalds, GAA, Lyons Tea, Meteor, and Vodafone.
Meanwhile, the Talented Kids Kildare Summer Camp had a very special time when Grainne Seoige came in with a film crew from RTE. She interviewed Susie Power from Calverstown, who has a part in 'The Good' feature film as well as 'Fair City' and the current McDonalds TV commercial; Rhys Burke who played in the 'Albert Nobbs' feature film starring alongside Glenn Close; Bradley Burke from Narraghmore who featured in the 'Shadow Dancer' film; and Niamh Quirke, aka 'Rachel' from 'Fair City'. Grainne also interviewed school director and agent Maureen V Ward, for the new upcoming documentary for RTE which will be broadcast this autumn.
