To see 'A Life', to bury a tree

John Collins came home from London last week to see the Kilcullen Drama Group production of 'A Life'.



Coincidentally, or fate if you wish, it was also the weekend that the tree which he sponsored in the Valley Park back in 1977 was taken out of the park. It was blown down in the last high winds in February.

"I often wondered which of us would go first, the tree or me," he told the Diary at the weekend.
