Newlands improvement planned

For those in Kilcullen who do the commute slog into Dublin and are hoping for a better trip with the completion of the Red Cow Interchange improvements, the Diary has good news and bad news.



The good news is that South Dublin County Council has plans for a freeflow interchange at Newlands Cross. The bad news is that a new phase of traffic disruption will begin when they get to work on it.

Kildare County Council has prepared an Environmental Impact Statement on the project, which can be viewed in Arus Cill Dara, Naas, until February 15.
