'Miscellany' was best ever

The annual 'Miscellany on Sunday' fundraising event organised at the home of Phena and Tom Bermingham in Mooretown was the best attended event yet, and raised close to 2,800 euros for the Michael Garry House hostel for the homeless.



"All concerned are once again humbled by the genorosity of the people from the area," writes Roy Thompson of the Kilcullen Homeless Awareness Group.





"May I offer a sincere expression of gratitude to all who entertained, to those who made contributions and to all those who helped in any way to make this annual event such a success."
