Crucial weekend for GAA Seniors

It's all to play for in Group D of the Senior Championship. With all four teams having one win from their two games each, a victory for any of the sides in their last group game this Saturday will see them through to the Quarter Finals.

Kilcullen play Athy at 7pm on Saturday night in St Conleth's County Grounds in Newbridge. The game is preceded by the other game in our group between Sarsfields and Round Towers which also promises to be exciting. Hopefully a big contingent from the town will make the trip over to support the Rags despite last weekends disappointing game.

There are no All-Ireland hurling semi-finals or Soccer Charity Shields on at 7pm on a Saturday night, so it would be great to have a big crowd over to roar on the lads.
