Litter outside bank: a note

The Diary has had a note from Ray Kelly of Kilcullen Tidy Towns Committee, about the recent story on litter under the ATM.

It seems that Ray had a closer look than we did, and found that amongst the discarded ATM receipts somebody had cleared out their pockets of any unwanted papers: receipts for Ababkebabra, Dunnes Stores receipts etc.

"As per the letter in the Bridge recently we could probably build up a pretty good description of the person's habits ..." he noted.

Indeed. But will we ever understand them?
