Camp Kilcullen offers Easter fun for the youngsters


A reminder that Camp Kilcullen is returning this Easter, offering a four-day multi-activity camp at Scoil Bhríde, writes Brian Byrne. For children from Junior Infants to 6th Class, the camp promises a week filled with excitement and memorable experiences.
Running from Monday, 30 March to Thursday, 2 April, the camp will operate from 9:30 am to 2pm. The event will have both indoor and outdoor facilities.
The cost is €75 for the first child, €70 for the second, and €65 for each additional child. A variety of activities are planned, including the Golden Ticket Chase and Easter Egg Hunt, sports, art and crafts, fun and games, quizzes, giant volleyball, Nerf target shooting, a danceathon, and baking, among others.
Registration is easy, with no deposit required. Scan the provided QR code or text 087 2790359 to secure a child’s spot. The camp will be led by teachers Odhran Lloyd, Shelly O’Brien, and Muiris Ó Raoghaill.
Also, mark your calendars for the upcoming Summer Camp, scheduled from Monday, 29 June to Friday, 3 July 2026.

Easter Camp Kilcullen - a few places left


A reminder that Camp Kilcullen at Scoil Bhride is returning for Easter, operating from next Monday 3 April 2023 through to the 6th. There are a few places left.
Sessions will run from 10am-2pm, with registration at 9.30am on the Monday beginning the camp week.
The initiative is designed to cater for both girls and boys of primary school age, with emphasis on fun and participation in a safe and familiar environment.
Activities include Parachute Games, Dodgeball, Soccer, Basketball, Novelty Races, Volleyball, Football, Unihoc, Tug Of War, Belt Tag, Rounders, Quizzes, Yoga and more. There will also be Workshops in Music, Dance and Drama as well as fun lessons in Crafts, Painting and Drawing. Baking classes will also be on the schedule of options, along with a Golden Ticket Chase and Easter Egg Hunt.
The event is being organised by teachers Odhran Lloyd, Róisin McNairney, Shelly O'Brien, and Muiris O'Raoghaill. Further information and booking at 087 2141180

Russborough Art Camp for kids over next four days


Two Easter Art Camps for children running at Russborough House from tomorrow might be worth a last minute check out.
They are running for four days, between 2.30pm-4.30pm in the Art Room at the outside-Blessington attraction.
For 4-7 year-olds and 8-12 year-olds, the cost is €89 and €130 respectively.
Price includes limited edition Me and The Moon t-shirt, all art materials and equipment needed for the duration of camp.
