Times Past: Did you get a leather medal?

It's not for a Croke Park appearance, but this leather medal made by the late Hugh Peacocke was just as prized in its day by Kilcullen recipients.

It was for the members of the winning team in a Club 70 Crazy Football match held in Lawlor's field, now Conroy Park which was built in 1974.
