More trees planted at Field of Dreams, Scoil Bhride, and Valley
A further 500 trees have been planted at Kilcullen GAA's Field of Dreams by the Kilcullen Tidy Towns group.
This brings the total number of trees planted at the grounds to over 5,000 in the last two years.
The latest planting is part of some 2,000 native saplings planted this week at Scoil Bhride, the GAA grounds, Cnoc na Greine Avenue, and The Valley. The trees are a mix of Whitethorn, Rowan, Dog Rose, Spindle, Viburnum, and Crab Apple, and the work was supported by Caitriona in Blessington Garden Centre.
