The passing of Madeline Haslam

The Diary has learned of the death of Madeline Haslam (née Clifford), of Avondale Drive, Kilcullen, on 4 September 2025, peacefully at her residence.

Madeline's passing is very deeply regretted by her loving husband Shamie, sons Shamie, John, Mikey, Nigel and Raymond, daughters Fiona, Imelda, Antoinette, Lorraine, Sinead and Elaine, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and Friends.

She will be reposing at her family home (Eircode A56 X213) on Sunday, 7 September, from 4pm until 8pm, with prayers at 7.30pm. Removal from there will be on Monday, 8 September, to the Church of the Sacred Heart and St Brigid, Kilcullen, arriving for 11am funeral Mass, which may be viewed on this link, followed by burial in St Brigid's Cemetery.
