Mac & Norman cheque presentation date

The organisers of the Mac & Norman Vintage Rally will be presenting the cheque for the 2025 event to the Irish Cancer Society on Saturday, 11 October, writes Brian Byrne. The venue is The Fox, Dunlavin and the presentation will be at 9.30pm.

Music on the evening will be from Enda Byrne, and there will be a raffle. All welcome.

Three hundred thirty-six vehicles participated in the latest event, the 23rd rally, including 176 tractors, 68 trucks, 73 cars, other passenger transportation, and 19 motorcyclists. There was also strong support for the auction held after the rally, which featured around 117 items and services donated to the cause. 

The date for the 24th rally has been set for 16 August 2026. More than €600,000 has been raised since the fundraiser began.
